winter home for both the bald and the golden eagles. Learn about them
and get a chance to see them as they come in to roost. 3:00 p.m. Salt

at Salt Plains National Wildlife Refuge! Most of the festival events
occur on the refuge, but many events are held off the refuge, either
at the Byron Fish Hatchery Watchable Wildlife Area or the Great Salt
Plains State Park.
